10 sites of Regional News Production
In 2010 Russian National Broadcaster VGTRK embarked on a project to renew the facilities in their Regional News Production stations.
In the first phase of the rollout, 10 regional Stations were equipped with an ALTO-100 Archive to provide secure and accessible store for large volumes of News Content in each station.

Post Production Central Storage
Specializing in Post Production, Infinite Frameworks needed to find a cost effective way to implement a workflow based on MAM and a suitable Archive for their long-form Rushed. An ALTO Archive was installed at Infinite Frameworks in Q3 2010. The ALTO is centrally accessible to Infinite Frameworks’ Edit Suites
Multi-Channel Compliance and Playout
The Intigral facility was commissioned in 2010 to offer a Service for Scheduling, Multi-Channel Ingest, Content Censorship and Compliance and Playout with Advertising Insertion.
Currently Intigral provides 50 Channels of Content Censorship for a Telco customer in the Middle East. Intigral is using two ALTO systems as the main Content Archive for the facility.
JTBC, a division of JoongAng Ilbo Corporation based in Seoul, South Korea. JTBC has installed an ALTO Archive in its newly licensed TV Station The Archive system consists of 8 ALTO-150 Archives with a total capacity of 1.2 Petabytes storage.
System Integration was provided by SK C&C. Archive Management is developed by CISTech Ltd.
KT, the National Telecom company of Korea offers the Olleh TV service bringing dramas, movies, learning programs documentaries and sporting events to IPTV, Web Browsers and Mobile Devices.
In 2012 KT Olleh selected ALTO as the Content Library for their services.
The system was supplied and installed by Lee & Broad Co. Ltd, Seoul, Korea.
Content Digitization and Archiving
ALTO has been selected as the Media Archive for OMMO, the Ethiopian Broadcaster where it is providing deep archive storage for digitization of an existing content library and newly produced content.
The system is offering 450 Terabytes of storage, and is integrated with SGL’s Flashnet Archive Management system using ALTO Filer.
Post Production Central Storage
PCCW, the leading Telco in Hong Kong, is offering a lineup of premier sporting events.
PCCW has been initially installed an ALTO in its Post production area as an central Storage for long form sports content.
Four additional ALTO systems have been deployed for long term media storage in other areas of the PCCW facility in other stages.
An ALTO Content Library has been implemented by LSV Singapore as part of fully tapeless HD News Production environment.
ALTO provides the Tier 3 Storage managed by the IPV Curator which powers the end to end production and delivery processes.
National TV Station Archive
ALT0 Content Library has been installed as part of a facilities upgrade for TDM - the National Broadcaster for the state of Macau.
ALTO systems was supplied and installed by New Digital Technology Holdings Ltd in Hong Kong.
The Arena Group in Verona, Northern Italy is a Regional TV Station Group which is has chosen to deploy an ALTO-150 Archive as a Central Content Library and Archive.
The first of the Arena channels was upgraded to include ALTO in Q1 2011.
ALTO Content Library is deployed at Ukrainian Broadcaster in Kiev, serving as a media archive, through System Integrator ComTel.
The system is integrated using the ALTO Filer HSM Virtual File System and Replicator, directed by the GVG Stratus Media Asset management System.

Vox Africa broadcasts across the African continent in English and French Languages.
ALTO Archive was installed at Vox Africa’s London News Production studios.
